By accessing this website, you are hereby accepting Terms & Conditions of Service, General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy of Evergrow and all other policies under Legal section of this website.
- All the information, furnished by individuals accessing the site or registered users or customers, largely referred as “Users” from here on, is collected for the purpose of fulfilling Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines which are mandatory as per Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
- The content and information provided in this website is solely for the purpose of registered users of Evergrow. Accessing some sections of the website doesn’t need you to provide any of personal information however few sections will require you to get registered with us.
- In no event Evergrow is responsible for the breach, direct or indirect damage, misuse or whatsoever of data, use, profits, fraudulent usage and service carried out by users arising due to negligence or not acting as per the contract or outside the contractual agreement with Evergrow, if information available from the website is used in any manner.
- The indicators and profits represented are for presentational purpose only and doesn’t provide any warranty for the loss or damage arising outside the contractual limits of Evergrow unless stated otherwise in the contract at the time of making the investment.
- Investments and Returns are guaranteed as calculated at the time of making the investment and can vary on time to time basis depending upon the market conditions as advised by financial advisors.
- Evergrow should not be held responsible for changing returns either lower or higher that are offered at a later period of time after making the investment, as these are decided as per the prevailing situations of the market for investment criteria and risk-return trade off.
- We will not guarantee returns more than what was agreed at the time of investment. Any calls or messages or emails either by agent or partner or representative promising higher returns than what was agreed shall not supersede the agreement made at the investment.
- Any promotional offers or special rates offered to individuals is based on the investment made and is customized and decided by the financial advisors. This does not explicitly give the rights to all the customers that same offers are extended unless stated otherwise excluding the general promotion offers that are applicable to all the customers.
- Any issues or concerns arised while making the payment or in completing the transactions are to be handled as per the terms & conditions of the bank/branch used by customer. Evergrow will be merely collecting the payment to begin the investment but not act as an ombudsman.
- Any payments made by the investor are reflected in his or her online profile within 48 hours after making the payment and customers can raise concerns appropriately with service desk of Evergrow if the same is not reflected after the lapse of stipulated time or any deviations observed either in returns or investment on the certificate of investment.
- Investment amount and returns can be withdrawn by transferring to registered bank account provided at the time of sign-up process. Any prior withdrawal of investment or returns are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the ‘Certificate of Investment’ or contractual obligations provided by Evergrow.
- Evergrow and it’s partners, service providers, agents or representative will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to profits earned and investment amount after customer withdraws returns or investment after the completion of the tenure chosen.
- Investment made with either relative or friend’s credit/debit card will not be active and should not be assumed as the legitimate investment as this will subsequently be rejected by Evergrow upon verifying the KYC of the customer. In such situations Evergrow will reach to customer to provide an update and Customers may also contact customer care of Evergrow to check the status.
- Evergrow will publish the details of the total investment made and allocation to each of it’s product category. As investment of many individuals is pooled and combined to create a large fund so providing the customized break up of portfolio for a single investor is not possible.
- Investment can be cancelled within 24 hours of making the payment and before the investment becomes active. To place a cancelation request customers need to contact our support agent or call the service desk.
- Funds will be invested for a stipulated period of time with the intent to earn profits for the investors. Any disruption to the investment strategy has the potential to hamper profits for both investors and Evergrow. So cancellation is not allowed after investment becomes active or before the completion of time period chosen at the time of making the investment.
- We may also use your email address to send other messages, including information about the Site or the Service and special offers.
- Evergrow will not share customer details with any 3rd party or any other vendors. However, some basic details are shared with our partners and authorized agents who will help customers and Evergrow to do business transactions in more efficient and simpler way.
- All the dispute can be settled within the jurisdiction of Fourth metropolitan additional sessions court, Nampally, Hyderabad, Telangana State, India.
- Evergrow has the right to amend and these Terms & Conditions at any time and will update these Terms & Conditions in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement.
- You acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms & conditions and will be bound by these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that these terms & conditions together with the privacy policy and all other policies under Legal section of this website at https://evergrow.in/legal/ represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us and that it supersedes any proposal or prior agreement oral or written, and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
- We reserve all rights that are not explicitly granted to you under these Terms & Conditions of services.
